The third edition of Baltica Equestrian Tour (two of them were summer ones) becomes the past and now it is only in our memory. What kind of memories they are? Various! It was intensive and red-hot time. As organizers, we could find it to our cost but at the same time we have to admit that we are gaining some good routine. We can even say that nothing can surprise us, except the weather... We had started in the rain, then, from the weekend of the first tour week we enjoyed beautiful, sunny and truly holiday atmosphere till Saturday. The last Sunday made us a little bit wet, especially Bartek Jędrzejak, the editor of TVN program titled "Dzień Dobry TVN", who presented the weather forecast for whole country from Ciekocinko. We do not see any obstacles to set the tone considering the heat wave which is engulfing Poland now, and longing for brisk Ciekocinko evening is becoming a burning desire.

"The whole World makes towards Ciekocinko"- they are not only our words! On Sunday morning TVN Channel announced to Poland the fact that also slowly reaching our consciousness that from 28th of July to 9th of August we hosted over 400 horses (250 among them were from foreign countries) and over 160 competitors from 26 different countries and 6 continents. Amr Hamcho entered competition at the eleventh hour and all of us could see on last Sunday that it was the hit! After his Grand Prix Baltica Summer Tour winning under the patronage of Agriculture Minister, the Syria national anthem reverberated and was run the national flag up. Although surprised that Syria has got two different national anthems, we were aware of it and perfectly prepared, but at the same time we were a little bit scared, whether we had chosen a right one. Speaker's hands were shaking before the first bars sounded, because the anthems con not be used interchangeably unless somebody is a compulsive gambler.

There wasn't any gambling in German rep Marc Bettinger performances, who precisely, securely and regularly won competitions of Gold Tour carting away all cups, that he deservedly won in a fair play. Also the Belgian coach team successfully performed on Baltica Summer Equestrian Tour. His charges placed first fourfold and placed triply in rating/classification which is counted to Longines Ranking.

The most active and hardworking riders were: Swiss Clarissa Crotta with 14 horses and Belgian Perry Geryl with 11… Believe me or not, it’s a lot!

We do not pay homage to well-known proverb "The Grass is always greener on the other side of the fence" so we were pretty happy to see Polish Maksymilian Wechta at the second place in the Grand Prix Baltica Summer Tour. He also won small GP Silver Round.

The main sponsor of Baltica Equestrian Summer Tour was Mercedes-Benz Polska which for the third time was represented by Witman Company from Gdańsk. The company has supported us from the very beginning. This year they brought to Ciekocinko the latest A-Class model, CLA45 AMG Shooting Brake and undoubtedly the biggest star of this year's edition- model GLE Coupe. The official premiere of this car is going to be only on the 12th of September 2015 in Tri-City. So both horse riding freaks and motorization were quite satisfied in Ciekocinko.:)

Satisfied and enchanted with Włodek Pawlik Saturday recital were those who came to admire his talent, personality, charisma and to listen his jazz performance. The audience gathered in Palace Restaurant 1906, for this special moment was changed into a cosy concert hall, could listened the Grammy-winning "Night in Calisia" and older pieces of music, inter alia those inspired by Gold Hollywood Era or those written by Pawlik at the age of 15 as well. Meeting the genius and concert played by him on fortepiano Boston by legendary Steinway&Sons left its mark on everybody.

The third edition of Baltica Equestrian Summer Tour will remain in our memories for a long time but from now on we start counting down 273 days that has left to Baltica Equestrian Spring Tour 2016. This is the number which organisers need to give a special, extraordinary setting and weight to feast for all admirers of horse riding and splendid life.
