With great pleasure we would like to present you the members of Lieven Devos Team, who will join upcoming BALTICA SUMMER TOUR 2015 !

The Head of the Team - Lieven Devos was born in 1971 in Courtrai, a historic city in the Flemish part of Belgium, where since the Middle Ages Belgians showed the French that they will not bend under the yoke of their contribution and settled accounts with them effectively. Which is written on the cards of history. Lieven Devos his sporting life story writes very diligently since determination, vitality and temperament, seems to be the qualities retained of his ancestors, which apparently only increase his effectiveness.

Since 1989 Lieven Devos has been running a stable of top show jumpers with his brother Pieter. After graduation Lieven Devos started at the age of 22 his sport career as a senior rider at the Hof van het Hellebos breeding centre, bringing out stallions and training young horses from everywhere. He gradually shaped up for a higher sporting level (Winner of several Grand Prix and the Athens Prix of Nations). The supreme moment occurred in 2009 when Lieven Devos became Belgian Champion. This not only earned him a great personal satisfaction, but also became the best recommendation and proof of his value as a coach, which in turn make a young, promising riders keen on training under his watchful eye. But it should be noted that Lieven not said the last word yet, in the context of his own sports career, and those who know him well, know that the last word most often belongs to him.

Lieven as a trainer has under his wing riders such as: PG Mohd Nasir from Bruneii, Jae Hee Jeon from Korea or Michelle Debussere from Belgium.

PG Mohd Nasir, has already been to Ciekocinko Stables during the first edition of BALTICA EQUESTRIAN TOUR 2014. The rider who was born in Seoul, due to his origin after Bruneian father and relationship with the royal family of the Sultanate of Brunei, is also the only representative of the Brunei on the international arena, which make us even more pleased to give him a warm welcome and to see the flag of Brunei over the blue Pomeranian sky. Mohd Nasir, who started riding at the age of 10, began training under the tutelage of Lieven Devos, at 2008 and apparently this coopertion gives a lot of satisfaction and makes real fun for both, as evidenced not only by the sports results, such as 8^th place at Singapore South East Asian Games, achieved just two weeks ago, but also the broad smiles on the faces of both tell the story of a good relationship. To be honest in our social column titled Baltica Smile, Mohd was the undisputed leader! We hope that during upcoming Baltica Summer Tour Mohd is going to find even more reasons to smile!

We are also convinced that for the other members of the Lieven Devos Team, including Jeon Jae Hee, who at the 2014 Asian Games in Incheon, South Korea was ranked 11th place, whether for a young rider Michelle Debussere, who started jumping at International shows last year and had a very successful tour at our shows last year under Lieven's guidance – that fot these young and ambitious riders Baltica Summer Tour, will be yet another valuable experience in their great, promising sports careers and a challenge which they will face with joy.

We would also like to acknowledge two more people from Lieven Devos Team, without whom the team would be incomplete and wouldn’t function so well, and they are Kim Minyoung – Lieven’s Bereiter from Korea, who has been working with Lieven since 2011, and also participates in shows along the way while helping Lieven, and last but not least - Nathalie Vantighem, experienced and trusted Lieven’s top groom, who sometimes enjoys participating in a few shows together with her not bossy boss.

Summing up a brief description of the Lieven Devos Team, and of course Lieven himself, we want to say with full confidence that we will be extremely happy to host them during the upcoming Summer Tour, knowing that beyond good, sports competition, these guys will bring with them a huge dose of positive energy and an unbeatable smile, being active participant of our Tour and its good spirit. This is it Ladies & Gentlemen - The one & only Lieven Devos Dream Team ! :)
